Ordering repeat prescriptions

We do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone, please do not ask our receptionists to do so as they do not wish to offend you by declining your request. 

Please allow at least three (3) working days  for us to process your request and order in plenty of time if there are bank holidays coming up or you are going away on holiday.

If you have downloaded the NHS App you can order your repeat prescriptions via the app.

Alternatively our on-line prescription service is easy to use and convenient for you, you can order your prescriptions at any time day or night.

Please register for our online prescription ordering service by:

• at: https://account.patientaccess.com/registration

You will then be given the information to enable you to create your own username & password to access the service.

You can also order repeat prescriptions via our website:  use Contact us online from the Home page and click on Submit a new request.

If you prefer to order your prescription in writing please bring to your written request to the surgery in person or send by post.

Prescriptions are normally sent electronically to your usual pharmacy.
