Patient Participation Group
Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients, carers and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience in order to help improve the service provided by the Richmond Lock Surgery (RLS).
Our primarily objective is to give patients an opportunity to work collaboratively with Practice staff: to meet, advise the practice on the patient perspective and topics of interest, raise concerns and feedback on services provided.
We need members for our Patient Participation Group and are looking for patients of all age-groups, social and cultural backgrounds to join us.
