New Patients

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.  As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.

You can only make an appointment when you are registered with the practice.  Please contact reception for further information.

Alternatively please ask at reception after 10.30am if you wish to complete paper registration forms . You have the right to see any of the doctors, but that doctor may not necessarily be available on the day of your choice.

We have revised our practice boundary and register new patients  who live in the London Borough of Richmond north of the River Thames and a small part of London Borough of Hounslow close to the surgery.

The boundary revision will not affect our existing patient population and we will continue to welcome and register:

• Newborns or adopted babies of parents already registered at our practice
• First-degree relatives of patients already registered at our practice, who are living at the same home address

Additionally, if you are an existing patient and move to a new address that falls outside our revised practice boundary, you will unfortunately need to register elsewhere.
