COVID Vaccinations received overseas

If you had both or one of your vaccinations in another country it will NOT show on the NHSapp

At the moment vaccines administered overseas cannot be recorded in the UK National Immunisation Management system (NIMS) which is the system used to show your vaccination status in the NHS App.  Therefore the ability to show any “overseas” Vaccination  Certificate and request a Vaccination Passport is not currently available from the NHS.

 For those who received a vaccination outside of England but who are registered with a GP practice in England can call the Vaccine Data Resolution Service on 119 selecting option 1 (England) and then option 4 (to report an issue with your vaccination record). The call agents will take some details from you and make an electronic referral into the VDRS system.

You can make us aware of the vaccinations you have had, and we are happy to add these to your medical record, but this will not update the NHSapp.
