REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

  • You may either order your prescription on-line patient-services.co.uk by using the tear off strip on your previous prescription or in writing to the surgery.
  • Our receptionists have been instructed by the GP's not to take requests for prescriptions over the phone,  Please do not be offended if they refuse to do so, they are following doctor's instructions. 
  • Please allow three (3) working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays)  for your request to be processed. 
  • Please order in plenty of time especially if there are bank holidays coming up or you are going away on holiday. 

If you have an urgent medical problem which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please phone our out of hours service by dialing: 111.  Your call will be triaged and you may be given an appointment with the out of hours doctor who is based at Oak Lane Surgery (6 Oak Lane) in Twickenham or you may be directed to the Teddington Urgent Care Centre  at Teddington Memorial Hospital.

If you just require general medical advice or to make an appointment with a GP at one our GP Hubs please call NHS111 by dialing: 111.  Hub GPs are located at Teddington Memorial Hospital and Sheen Lane Surgery in Sheen. 

DR PENNY SOWDEN

Dr Sowden is currently on extended sick leave. She is recovering from surgery and will be away for several months. If you usually see Dr Sowden any of our other doctors will be happy to look after you during her absence.

If you would like to register for our ONLINE services please pick up a form from Reception. Once you have registered & have your user name & password you will be able to book an appointment to see a doctor, cancel an appointment & order repeat prescriptions online via the 'links' at the bottom of the Home Page.

Are you interested in joining our Patient Participation Group? All registered patients are welcome. Please ask reception for further details and an application form. Our PPG meets quarterly and you can read their annual report below which gives details of our survey results, action plan & future commitments. Thank you to those patients who participated in the survey.

New Patient Registration

keyboardstethThe doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.  As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire, which is available on the pre-registration tab above.

You can only make an appointment when you are registered with the practice.  Please contact reception for further information.

Please ask at reception after 10.30am if you wish to register as a patient. You have the right to see any of the doctors, but that doctor may not necessarily be available on the day of your choice.

We have revised our practice boundary and unfortunately we are no longer registering any new patients from the London Borough of Hounslow.

The boundary revision will not affect our existing patient population and we will continue to welcome and register:

  • Newborns or adopted babies of parents already registered at our practice
  • First-degree relatives of patients already registered at our practice, who are living at the same home address

Additionally, if you are an existing patient and move to a new address that falls outside our revised practice boundary, you will unfortunately need to register elsewhere.
